Exchanges and Returns

Damages & Order Issues

Orders are carefully and intentionally packaged to support a safe and successful delivery.

However, despite our best efforts, circumstances may occur in which a package or items within it become damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item(s) and/or packaging to customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com. Once received, our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable or have return limitations.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
If a gift card needs to be reissued, it may be re-sent via email to the original recipient or customer.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Each customer is limited to two (2) exchanges per year.
  • If a third exchange request is made within the same year, we reserve the right to decline future orders from that customer.
  • As a spiritual boutique, we honor the flow of energy in all transactions. Not all exchanges align energetically, and our space may not be the right fit for every customer.

Additional Details:

  • Most items within our boutique are eligible for exchange.
  • The exchange process may take up to 30 days to complete.
  • If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If the exchanged item is of greater value, an invoice will be issued for the difference and must be paid prior to shipment.
  • Any shipping costs associated with the exchange will also be invoiced and must be paid before the new item is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.


Return Requirements:

  • Items must have at least 75% of content remaining to qualify for a return.


Return Guidelines:

  • Each customer is limited to one (1) return per year.
  • If a second return request is made within the same year, we reserve the right to decline future orders from that customer.
  • As a spiritual boutique, we honor energetic alignment in all transactions. If our space is not the right fit, we respect that your journey may lead you elsewhere.


Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • A 5% return fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return has been received and processed.
