Every private event begins with a complimentary consultation so we can learn more about your vision, answer questions, and create a personalized estimate for your experience.
Event Duration
Most private gatherings last between
2–7 hours, depending on your selected experience and the size of your group. This includes our setup and breakdown time.
Guest Capacity
Our private experiences are designed for intimate gatherings of up to
20 guests. Once your event is confirmed, you'll receive a booking link that can be shared with your invited guests.
Location
We bring the experience to you. Events are hosted at the location you provide, with standard local travel included.
