Intent Behind Ingredients
Herbs
- Hibiscus is an aphrodisiac used to attract protection and love.
- Rose is used for drawing in love, promoting beauty, and offering spiritual protection.
Oils
- Bergamot reminds you that you are in control of your life and brings feelings of self-worth and confidence.
- Carterii Frankincense eases feelings of anxiety and encourages inner peace.
- Palmarosa helps relieve mental and physical exhaustion and balances hormones, promoting emotional harmony.
When combined, these ingredients cultivate a sense of deep peace and serenity, bringing tranquil comfort to your space.
Candle Safety Usage
- Our candles feature a single, smokeless cherrywood wick.
- Burn for 1–1½ hours to allow a proper melt pool to form and fill the jar.
This prevents tunneling—when wax sticks to the sides and burns unevenly. - To light your wood wick, tilt the flame at an angle and let it draw naturally across the wood—similar to lighting a match.
(It may take a few attempts to achieve a steady flame.) - If you notice soot or smoke, trim the burnt part of the wick down with scissors.
- Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, and ash the wick after every burn.
- Never leave candles burning unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items.
- Burn on a flat, fire-resistant surface.
- Do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time.
Intentional Usage
Using the candle intentionally ensures the best experience.
• Light the candle, and as the wick ignites, focus on the flame and your breath.
• Take a few deep, intentional breaths. Let the aroma awaken your senses.
• Gently close your eyes and allow yourself to drift into a transcendent space. Stay as long as you need.
• When ready, return to the present moment with a fresh breath and a renewed sense of calm.
And always remember to keep your candle away from flammable items, children, and pets.

Empty Candle Jar Usage
Once your Daily Ritual Candle or Ignite Your Intentions Candle has burned out, you might wonder what to do with the empty jar or tin.
After Care for Candle Holders
- Let the candle cool completely.
- Once safe to touch, dispose of the herbs.
- If crystals are included (Intentions Candle), rinse them with warm water and set aside.
- Wash the jar or tin with warm, soapy water.
- Let it air dry and repurpose it for crystals, keepsakes, or anything that brings you joy.
About the Crystals in the Ignite Your Intentions Candle
The crystal placed on top of the candle is Clear Quartz, part of the quartz family.

Quartz Rollerball – Usage, Info Guide, and Ingredients List

- Quartz roller head made from Clear Quartz for a meditative, grounding experience
Intentional Usage
Using the rollerball intentionally will enhance your experience.
• Apply to wrists, temples, or the sides of your neck.
• Or—our favorite way—apply oil to the palm of your
recessive hand (usually the left).
• Press the Quartz crystal roller to the center of the palm and move it in circles (clockwise, counter-clockwise, or both).
• Let the oil pool for 5–10 seconds.
• Set the bottle down with your
dominant hand (usually the right), then rub both hands together.
• Close your eyes, cup your hands near your face, inhale deeply, and enter your sacred space.
• When ready, open your eyes and exhale with intention.
After Care for the Rollerball
Once your rollerball is empty:
- You may keep the herbs inside and refill it with your own blend
- Or wash it with warm, soapy water and let it air dry for 24 hours
- Save the bottle for when inspiration strikes again
Aroma Room Mister

Ingredients List
- 100% purified water (charged under the Super Strawberry Full Moon of the year)
- Jade Bloom’s certified organic pure essential oils:
Bergamot, Carterii Frankincense, Palmarosa - No emulsifiers (oil and water may naturally separate—shake well before use)
Usage
- Shake the bottle vigorously before each use to blend the oils and water.
- Spray into the air, around your Aura, or lightly on linens (spot test first).
- Can also be used as a light body mist.
Intentional Usage
My favorite way to use the Aroma Room Mister intentionally is to trace my Aura (the unseen energy surrounding all living things).
- Shake the bottle to mix the contents.
- Spray around your Aura.
- Close your eyes and let the mist fall over you.
- Take a deep inhale and allow your senses to be fully present.
After Care for the Aroma Room Mister
When empty, you can:
- Recreate the same scent or a new one
- Use as a travel or perfume bottle
Wash with warm, soapy water and let air dry for at least 24 hours before reusing.
