International and Local Shipping Options
At this time, A Little Piece of ZenVen LLC ships within the United States and Canada only. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Supported Shipping Zones
- Utah (Salt Lake City & surrounding areas): Customers in these locations may select contactless pickup at checkout.
- All 50 U.S. States: We ship to all domestic U.S. states.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50.
- Standard Shipping: Rates range from $7.50 to $21.00, depending on location and package size.
- Priority & 2-Day Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Packing Days: Orders are packed 7 days a week, excluding major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Juneteenth).
- Order Preparation Time: 2–4 business days.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (17:00) will begin processing the following business day.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 business days after processing.
Return, Exchange, and Lost/Damaged Package Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted upon request by contacting ZenVen Care at
customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com.

5% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within
14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email
customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the exchange total.
Lost Packages
- Customer Address Errors:
A 15% reshipping fee will apply, or you may opt for a 30% refund of the order total. - Errors Attributed to A Little Piece of ZenVen LLC:
We will reship your order at no additional cost. - Carrier-Related Issues:
If the shipping carrier is responsible, we will issue a refund and provide a 20% discount on a future purchase as a courtesy.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide a resolution within 14 business days.

- In-Person Pickup: Cash, CashApp, and Venmo
- Website Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal
Payment Requirements and Instructions
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or hand delivery. Accepted payment methods include authorized Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo (for in-person pickup only).
